As soon as you come through the gate, the door to Unit 1 is right there on your right, on the ground floor: no stairs, easy with suitcases. A bedroom with a double bed and a bright living area with a double sofa bed, table and kitchen.
It's the ideal apartment for a family or two couples passing through Malpensa, and for anyone staying a few days for work who wants to cook and work in peace.
How arrival works
- Book and you immediately receive the link to register your ID documents, as required by law: it only takes two minutes.
- On arrival day, around 13:00, you receive the instructions and the key lockbox code in the chat.
- Let yourself in whenever you like from 15:00, even in the middle of the night. Check-out by 10:00.

Frequently asked questions
Can I arrive late at night?
Yes. With self check-in you can let yourself in at any hour after 15:00, even if your flight is badly delayed, completely on your own and at no extra cost.
When do I get the entry codes?
On arrival day, around 13:00, you receive the full instructions and the key lockbox code in the chat. They work at any hour.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, free of charge, in the inner courtyard near the stairs: you come in through the small gate with the code we give you. The area has CCTV but is not supervised, so we cannot take responsibility for luggage left there.
Where do I park?
Free street parking in Via De Amicis, a 2-minute walk away, for your whole stay. You can't leave your car with us while you're travelling.
