Late arrival at Malpensa: where to stay without waiting for anyone
A delayed flight, a missed connection, landing at 1 am: it happens. The problem isn't the bed, it's finding a door that opens at that hour. At Fly & Rest it opens with a code.

How late-night entry works
- On arrival day, around 13:00, you receive the full instructions and the key lockbox code in the chat.
- From the terminal to the house it's 10 minutes by private shuttle (even at 2 am) or by taxi.
- At the gate, enter the code on the keypad under the sign, take the keys from the lockbox and you're in. No late-night surcharge.
If your flight is delayed
You don't need to tell anyone: the codes work at any hour. If you've booked the shuttle, message us your new estimated time as soon as you know it and the driver will adjust; he also follows your flight number.
Registering your documents
Italian law requires all guests, children included, to be registered before arrival. You receive the link when you book: it takes two minutes on your phone. Without registration the codes are not sent, so it's best to do it straight away.
After 22:00 most restaurants close, but there's a pub 2 minutes' walk away that stays open late (until 2:30 at weekends), the McDrive in Somma Lombardo, 5 minutes by car, is open until late at night, and Glovo and Just Eat deliver in the area.
Taxis 24 hours a day at arrivals (T1 door 6, T2 door 4). The private shuttle starts from 30 € per trip; at night the price may be a little higher and the driver confirms it before the ride.
