Frequently asked questions
Can I arrive late at night?
Yes. With self check-in you can let yourself in at any hour after 15:00, even if your flight is badly delayed, completely on your own and at no extra cost.
When do I get the entry codes?
On arrival day, around 13:00, you receive the full instructions and the key lockbox code in the chat. They work at any hour.
Do I need to register my ID documents?
Yes, Italian law requires it for all guests, children included. You get the link when you book: it takes two minutes, and without registration the codes are not sent.
Can I check in before 15:00?
After 14:30 early entry is free. Between 13:00 and 14:30 it costs 20 € and depends on the cleaning schedule: we confirm it the same morning.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, free of charge, in the inner courtyard near the stairs: you come in through the small gate with the code we give you. The area has CCTV but is not supervised, so we cannot take responsibility for luggage left there.
What is the airport shuttle like?
Private, running 24 hours a day, from 30 € per trip. Book it with a WhatsApp message: date, time, number of people and mobile number.
Where do I park?
Free street parking in Via De Amicis, a 2-minute walk away, for your whole stay. You can't leave your car with us while you're travelling.
What time is check-out?
By 10:00. Lock the door, put the keys back in the lockbox and leave the rubbish bags tied up inside: we'll take care of them. Late check-out until 12:00 for 20 €, on request.
Is there Wi-Fi? And a kitchen?
Yes, fast free Wi-Fi throughout the house, perfect for working too. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette.
Is breakfast included?
No, but you have a kitchen and a coffee machine. There's an artisan pastry shop and a café 2 minutes' walk away.
Do you accept pets? Can I smoke?
No, pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted anywhere. Quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.
Are you a hotel?
No: we are three self-contained apartments with self check-in, 10 minutes from the Malpensa terminals. They cost less than an airport hotel and you get a kitchen, space and no reception hours.
Do you issue invoices?
We issue a non-fiscal receipt (not a tax invoice), which can also be made out to a company: just ask us in the chat and send the details.
